ReplyDeleteChicken is my 'staple'...I could eat it every day, and I used to when I lived in Aussie and it was so cheap! Now I am back in NZ, its a lot more expensive and my dad (who stays over a Tuesday and Wednesday night) doesnt 'eat anything from the sea or sky', so its mostly mince or sausages when he's there....but I would choose chicken before mince, anyday.
ReplyDeletemy favourite ingredient right now is low fat ricotta cheese, my new best friend and so healthy - easy meal this week using it was to get a chicken breast and cut in in half length wise, cook each side on a grill plate, then put tomato paste on top, top with ricotta cheese and put under grill till ricotta starts to bubble.. amazing.
