Cinderella have just released a new product – Dark Chocolate Coated Cranberry Delights. They are delicious on their own (I know, I ate a pack) and great in baking too (check out the cookies we made with them).
Want to try some out for yourself? We have three prize packs to giveaway containing two packs of cranberries each! To enter leave us a comment below telling us what you would bake with them. DeleteI would make your cookies with them and i have a rocky road recipe that i adapt with different ingredients so these would be perfect to use.
ReplyDeleteI also have a rocky road recipe these would go well it, otherwise I would make some bliss balls with them as I often already use cranberries, the chocolate would make them extra special.

Sounds yummy, I would use then in a brownie recipe and maybe replace the chocolate chips with them in a chocolate cookie recipe :D

ReplyDeleteI think I would try and make a matcha green tea biscotti with chocolate coated cranberries. Maybe with some blanched almonds as well for crunch. I think the combo would work well together. Love chances to experiment! Definitely think it would take a lot of self control to stop myself from snaking on them one by one! Cranberries are the bomb. :)
